Yesterday we had snow up to our knees. Today wasn't too bad but tonight s'pos to get worse.

I havnt seen avatar yet but i saw Sherlock Holmes. Pretty entertaining, 3.5 stars out of 5 from me.

-7c? Google tells me that's about 19-20F...that's what the temperature is right now (not counting windchill of course, that's about 10 degrees lower). Right now it's the warmest it's been in a week.

I'm so sick of winter.

yeah peeps complaining about 20F.lol....they have never BEEN in a real winter .....try the midwest (thats in the USA) for some real fun....like -10F with windchills to -30 F!! Now THAT's cold....and snow .....try 2 or 3 FEET of snow (thats like what 50 to 90cm??? cant be *&^% to do the conversion)....my sisters went to school in Indiana ....where you can get lake effect snow...
glad I went the other direction for college (though we did also have one really bad winter---2 feet of snow, they canceled classes due to the professors not getting to school....now that was fun).

Now that is a bad winter.....

still we have had a bunch of snow and the temps have tried to get to the double digits ...some days they manage others....well, 9F is not THAT cold------
nothing like having the heater being on almost constantly....cant wait to see the gas bill this month!

Luckily I am on the wrong side of Lake Michigan so we don't get the lake-effect snow. Just bitter cold.

Not looking forward to tomorrow, though, the amount of snow they're predicting we'll get keeps rising...

Ya that is one of the things I am glad for. Not living by a lake or body of water... Makes the wind chill just that much worse. >.>

Snow + collapsing roof at my school grants me this week off for free councelling at Brook. Score one for the tranny.

Was irritating getting around though, couldn't even walk properly on the flattest areas... 8 inch+ is too much for me.

yeah that is enough to mess lots of things up (especially those that arent used to it). I am looking forward to a very short winter.....here's to a quick spring!!

due to the disturbingly cold weather, we made a nice turkey chili for dinner,YUM! warms the tummy and fills the belly--and is good reheated too (and I got to use my brand spankin' new 6qt sauce pan

....works like a breeze, and cleaned up nicely as well....)

and now back to my migraine already in progress---------( I think its due to the weather...or maybe the 'weather' IN my house....been kinda cold in here).

Mmmmmmmm, Turkey Chili is the best. It is rather balmy here compared to the Midwest, should make 36º F today.

It's actually warm here by our recent standards. 16 F with a wind chill to 4 F. Nice and warm.
